Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

All US orders ship with FREE standard tracked shipping. No minimum order value.

Delivery Time

Standard tracked shipping: 4 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Including processing time, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of being placed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with the first scan.

Delayed Orders

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carriers occasionally run behind. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow 5 additional business days before contacting us. If it still has not arrived, email support@paropets.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Missing or Lost Parcels

Claims for missing parcels must be made within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ParoPet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@paropets.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
